Dear Sarona, Both me as the WSQ Competition Convenor and the WSQ were very happy with both the quality and timeliness of your providing plaques for the perpetual trophies associated with our annual competition. You and your fellow staff at A & T were very pleasant and friendly and importantly, readily understood our requirements which were effectively met by your production team. Please convey my appreciation to all staff associated with our small but important project.

As a Toastmaster of nearly 30 years I have regularly had to source trophies but have in recent times be unhappy with the quality of trophies on offer. Awards & Trophies have absolutely the best & biggest range of trophies I have seen. There ability to customise trophies is also of a high standard and their customer service is exemplary. I highly recommend that you use Awards & Trophies for any of your needs.

Outstanding service, always prompt to reply to my enquiries. Their staff are friendly and so helpful, I'm really grateful for their support. We run annual staff award ceremonies and they are always my go-to for all our trophies. Quality is fantastic and I highly recommend ordering through them! Thanks again to your amazing team!

It was very easy to order from the website. We had a small order of two trophies which were very well made and engraved and arrived before time. We'll definitely become a long term customer.

Swisherr Hoops Academy purchased their shields and medals for their social league from here and couldn't be happier with the result. We will definitely be back again with our next order.

Our client was super happy with the awards we selected for their event. We were very pleased with Awards and Trophies; it was a smooth online experience from selecting artwork and the design mockup, thank you!

Nothing is too hard for these guys, their communication in the ordering process is amazing and the trophies FANTASTIC

I got a few customised trophies delivered and had an awesome experience. Starting with ordering to the team coming back to me with proof reading followed by asking for options in case some item was not available to delivery. Super impressed with not only the final product but also packaging and speed of delivery. Already recommended further in my organisation to use in the future. Well Done!

My Trophies arrived earlier than expected and were absolutely fantastic, very happy with the easy ordering process and my whole experience with Awards and Trophies.

I have dealt with them a handful of times and they do exactly what they say they do. I have always ordered medals and I have had no issues with the product or the quality ordered. I will continue to use this company as they are polite, provide good service and a quality product.

What a great find! Quality & affordable trophies AND awards... Highly recommend - checkout their Arrowhead designs!

Always prompt, friendly service. Have used them for 8 years now..

We use A&T twice yearly for workplace recognition. We have been using them for approx 8 years and NEVER had an issue. The trophies always look fantastic and their service is great! They endeavour to get the trophies completed usually prior to the estimated time. Easy online ordering system where payment can be made also.

We recently ordered our Music/Drama medals from you. I love your range, you are fast and accurate and flexible. I worked at a school in Melbourne also and I used you for the same medal range. Great service, and nothing seems to be any trouble, even if I’ve made mistakes with spelling etc, you can rectify quickly. I don’t think there is a company in Australia quite like yours. Thanks for your service and for the jellybeans. Nice touch!

The Awards and Trophies Team were very patient and accommodated all our changes in a timely manner. The awards looked great and arrived as stated! We will continue to the partnership for years to come.

Super easy to arrange and really friendly and helpful team - especially when I needed a last minute wording change! Our trophies looked amazing and arrived on time and well packaged. Being able to arrange from interstate made my job so much easier and having the trophies so well packaged made it easy for recipients to take home interstate as well. Couldn't have asked for better and will definitely be using again!

Really great service, they keep you up dated, helpful and quick, very impressed and will be using them again for sure.

We use Awards & Trophies each year at the Clinical Education Centre at Austin Health for awards and name badges. They are so professional and easy to deal with. Their website makes it so easy to order online. They are also super quick, which is a bonus. Will continue using your services for years to come.

The trophies we have purchased from Awards & Trophies are great quality supported by great communication and good prices.

The team at Awards and Trophies went above and beyond even with a small order of just two trophies. I definitely recommend them, fantastic service, superfast postage and a superb team in customer service

Very impressive!! I’ve purchased through Awards & Trophies before and come back to them again. Being on a limited time frame, their quality of workmanship and speed in manufacturing & delivery to door is reliable & world class!

I just wanted to say thank you so much for our team medals! The ordering process was so easy, they were completed and delivered within such a good time frame, and the quality and price are amazing! We are so happy with how they have turned out, and can't wait to hand them out to the Boys at the end of the season! Thanks again

Have worked with these guys over the past 3 years and they never disappoint. So supportive and professional, could not recommend any more. Getting the same feedback from other staff as well

Thank you for providing such an easy service. We ordered medals for our club awards. Your website was easy to use and navigate. The medals arrived via post very quickly and we were very impressed with the quality of the product. The recipients were delighted. We will be shopping with you again in the future. Thanks again!

We have used Awards and Trophies before and came back to order due to a great initial experience. With this order (for an engraved Blue Crystal Sail award) we again had great service. The ordering process was simple and easy, and the award was delivered in good time. Everyone at our award event was impressed with the quality, and the recipient was thrilled. So good result all round! We will definitely use Awards & Trophies again!

Thank you for your email today regarding the recent medals produced for our local Forest Hill School Endeavour Awards. On behalf of Neil Angus MP, I would like to pass on my appreciation to the team on your efforts to ensure that all our medal orders were delivered on time and to our expectations. The process was straight forward, the service professional and the end-product and prompt delivery met our expectations. Even the late requests from some of our local schools were effortlessly dealt with by your team. It made my role of co-ordinating this exercise extremely easy. Please pass on my thanks to the Team..

I love the quality of your products and individuality of the design. It stands head and shoulders from most trophies. It is modern and tasteful and quite different to the usual ‘award trophies’ which fits in with the uniqueness of my son's ultra modern bar and sits proudly on the bar at Rio’s in Margaret River

Thank you for the follow up on my recent order. I couldn’t be happier with your service, especially the award which had to be reissued – it arrived in time for the presentations last Sunday, so I was very relieved. I have already recommended your business to a local organization in Toowoomba, and I believe they have already or intend to make an order with you soon.

I wish to express my sincere thanks for speed of the service. The actual item is superb and your design and finishing team have done an outstanding job, even the care taken with packaging is very professional and ensured no possible damage in transit. Thank you once again, I will be sure to pass on ~Awards & Trophies~ details to friends and colleagues that may require this type of product and service.

Outstanding service and quality awards! Will be back for next years awards

Recently had some broken trophies replaced, and was super pumped with the quality, work-person-ship, and the speed at which they arrived! Highly recommend getting all your trophies from here! vAnd I will be telling my Cricket Club to do the same in the future. Awesome. Thanks!

I have used Awards and Trophies numerous times for our local sporting club medals and I cannot recommend them more highly! Their products are of good quality and always arrive in great time, and I’ve never had a problem with engraving! Very impressed with this company. Many thanks
