Testimonials

I just wanted to say thankyou so much for the beautiful job done on my trophies for my up coming judging appt. Your whole team is awesome right from the ordering to the delivery. Good Job!

I’ve just been working with your super designer Fran on some plaques for our annual awards. I rarely (actually, I don’t think ever!) send emails like this, but I have been really impressed with her willingness to go the extra mile to make sure she provided the design I was after for the plaques. This even came down to providing me with a number of variations for elements of the design, so I could consider them side-by-side. I am (by self-admission) a pedantic type of person in terms of getting design stuff ‘just right’ and at no stage did I feel that my numerous email requests to her were being met with anything but pure patience and a willingness to help and ‘go the extra mile’. She has made the whole design process super smooth, and I have achieved a lovely design for the plaques that I am really happy with. I just wanted to let you know that she is a great ambassador for your company, and based on my very positive interactions with her the past few days I would definitely use your company again.

Love it . Very good Trophy… Love the message on cards and writing the review eating the lollies in the package…. And very easy to order and personalised on the website… 6 Stars

Trophies arrived today. Presentation & Finish superb as always! Many thanks again.

Fantastic service and beautiful trophies! We recently ordered our end-of-season trophies for Raiders Netball Club, and we couldn’t have been happier with the service from Awards & Trophies. From helping us choose the right trophies to organising the engraving, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The trophies looked fantastic and were exactly what we were hoping for. There was a great range to choose from, and the quality was excellent. The team were friendly, helpful and very easy to deal with, which made what could have been a stressful process so much easier. We’re really pleased with the finished products and will definitely be using Awards & Trophies again for future Raiders events. Highly recommend!

This a courtesy email to compliment the whole team for the great trophies. The engraving is fantastic and the trophies themselves are better than expected - the pictures on the website do not do the trophies justice. I believe I have now bought trophies from your shop for the last four years and every year is just magical. These trophies are given out the the winners, runner-ups, third placed and last placed persons in our Footy Tipping Competition, we make a big afternoon of the whole thing. Thanks for being part of the journey - it's great to receive such immaculate products each and every time.

I go to these guys for all my trophies. They are reasonably priced but more importantly for me 1) they double check bespoke language and style (via email) to prevent mistakes and 2) when the trophy arrived slightly damaged, despite being well wrapped they sent another one immediately no questions. Great service.

These appreciation trophies are for organisations who help us at B4H send bicycles to Africa. We are really pleased with the result and am sure all the recipients will display them at their receptions. Great quality, easy website to navigate and fast delivery.

Thank you for everything, your service it was amazing right from the start, so easy to place the order, your website was easy to follow, your turnaround was great and the order arrived on the day you said it would. I don’t think I have ever had service like that before. Thank you again.

I recently had a trophy reimagined and custom-made by A&T. I couldn’t be happier with the result. The finished piece looks absolutely stunning, and thanks to the efforts of their design team and the craftspeople who put it together, it came out beautifully, exactly as I had imagined. Throughout the process, everyone at ‘Awards and Trophies’ was incredibly professional and genuinely involved, guiding me with care and expertise at every step of the way to its ultimate creation. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Bought a bunch of trophies for a work event, great range to choose from, easy to communicate with and delivered really quickly, even with customized plaque

This company never disappoints. I have been using them for 5+ years and they are always focused on providing quality products. Outstanding.

Great attention to detail, quick turnaround time and the awards turned out fantastic! Perfect for our corporate “awards night” party.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for the outstanding service I recently received. (I will be leaving five-star review as well) From the prompt communication to the incredibly fast delivery, the entire experience was exceptional. I was pleasantly surprised to receive my order a day earlier than expected, which was very much appreciated. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that delivers such efficient and reliable service. Thank you for going above and beyond—I truly appreciate your professionalism and commitment to your customers. Please pass on my thanks to everyone involved.

Related to medals ordered. Superb. Really quick. Great editing function that made personalising them easy - which is rare. They look spot on. And most importantly you can order as few or as many as you want. Again, unlike so many places where you need to have a minimum order. Thanks team. Also appreciated the jellybeans - nice touch!

Had a fantastic experience with Awards and Trophies. I needed a trophy turned around in an incredibly short timeframe, and they absolutely delivered. The quality exceeded expectations, and the service was seamless - professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful

Our order arrived on Wednesday. Oh my goodness!!! I seriously cannot thank all your staff enough - everything is absolutely amazing. I know that this wasn't a particularly easy order, due to the poor quality of the family crest. You have done such an awesome job. Please pass my sincere thanks to everyone who worked on this.
