I wanted two small plaques to put into a gift at work and not only was the end product awesome, the support and customer service was amazing. They are so helpful and take time to inform you about options and what they can offer. 10/10 would recommend

I’m would absolutely recommend Awards and Trophies! The standard of work was brilliant, and the ordering process was easy! You definitely won’t be disappointed using this company!

The medals I ordered for my students’ exams were just beautiful. Each medal was engraved with a special message and the ribbons were gorgeous. The students were SO proud of all they’d achieved this year and how they got through their exams. According to parents most were wearing their medals for the next few days and phoning their relatives to tell of their award. The medals were everything the students and I had hoped for and helped to bring them so much honour and feelings of pride in their work. The communication I had with Awards and Trophies was also excellent. All round a top experience with this shop

I would like to thank the team at Awards and Trophies. We've used them for the last two years for manager's awards for our kids AFL teams. The service, turnaround time and quality are all great! The kids love their trophies too... good quality and not "cheap" looking

I recently purchased a package of 14 medals .. the quality and workmanship was excellent and the pricing was brilliant. My soccer kids absolutely loved them. I would greatly recommend "Awards and Trophies” for any presentation awards. Thanks so much. I look forward to next year with another order to fill ??

Did a wonderful job with the trophies, very happy. I am involved in a few teams in Melbourne so I have already passed your information on in regards to buying trophies and awards in the future. Thanks again, keep up the good work!

Just wanted to let you know that we received our awards yesterday. This is the second time we have used your services and we are very satisfied with the product and exceptional service you provide, your customer service is awesome. Will definitely be using your company again in the future. Thanks again

I have just received my order and want you to know that I couldn’t be happier with the finished product. Considering mine was a relatively small order, I could not fault the prompt and professional manner in which it was handled by all of your staff throughout. Your communication along the way in regards to checking proofs etc was outstanding, which made this the best online purchasing experience that I have had (the inclusion of the little bag of jelly beans was a lovely touch and just made my day smile). Once again, well done to everyone!

The process was fast, smooth and i love the confirmation emails. The awards turned out fantastic and arrived in a timely manner.

Had to get a couple of items made for work and Awards and Trophies did a really great job throughout the whole process from email correspondence to proofs and production. Plenty of helpful communication and great service the whole way though. Price and quality were great value for money. Really appreciated it!

*** Easy process, delivered exactly on time, good quality product. *** Brilliant service. *** Fantastic, fast service and great, solid trophies. *** Order was prompt and all engraving correct. Very happy! *** Fantastic to work with - perfect and just what I ordered. Thanks! *** Awesome service and products!! *** Quick and easy and fantastic products! I will definitely be ordering from them again! *** Quick delivery, exactly as I ordered and quality product. Very happy customer!

I received the awards yesterday, and wow they are absolutely amazing. I especially love the design that I created and the colour really pops on the crystal. Once again, thank you and your team for your valued service for getting these created in such a short time frame. I will definitely be recommending you to other agencies I work with.

I am now 81 and have been in business for many of those years at Elders IXL, Executive Director of Qld Dept of Primary Industries, and most recently in our own business, House of Cashmere, throughout Australia. I can say without hesitation that your company is one of the most co-ordinated, obliging and efficient with whom I have ever had to deal. Your staff are a credit to you! Well done!

Awards and Trophies have provided me with high quality plaques at a competitive price and with excellent service and promptness. Today they turned around an urgent order in a day to help me out of a hole. I recommend them most highly!

Earlier this year I had a number of Trophies and Medals of my sporting and academic achievements taken from me. While cups, trophies and basic medals are easy to replace, medals that are no longer manufactured from high level sporting achievements is a bit more difficult. The official organisers no longer use the medal design and had no spares to give. I contacted Fran and the amazing team at Awards & Trophies, told them of my dilemma, showed them the design and asked if a limited custom order would be achievable. They were more than happy to assist, and within an extremely short period of time, I now have my highly valued medals back with me. They now sit proudly on display while I wait for them to be installed in a Jersey display case. I couldn't thank the team more, I'll certainly be coming back to continue slowly replacing my items for years to come.

Thank you for making our 2021 trophy so promptly. The winner is delighted with it. That is the third you have made for us and all have been wonderful. I was worried when the trophy was sent priority paid mail, but it arrived the following Tuesday with lots of time to spare, so that was excellent. Hopefully I will be ordering a 2022 trophy some time next year. Thanks for all your work

We have made many purchases from Awards and Trophies and always been very happy with the products received and with there prompt work and postage; they are great quality products at a very competitive price!

Wouldn't go anywhere else but to Awards & Trophies! They are excellent - they are professional, efficient, accurate, timely and great staff take care of you. We have been going to Awards & Trophies for years now and they never disappoint us

Your service is of the highest standard, from first contact, through design, production, timely delivery of the amazing trophies and your follow-up message. You are without doubt a world class company providing the very best to your clients and we will most certainly pass on our recommendations for your fantastic service to family, friends and colleagues.

I wanted to reach out and thank the team at Awards and Trophies for the exceptional service we received in organising the trophies for the Kidsafe National Playspace Design Awards. Excellent communication was provided throughout the whole process from our initial enquiry to the design approval. The trophies looked fantastic and were perfectly packaged and delivered promptly to the recipients. We would not hesitate in recommending your business.

Using Awards and Trophies to support our state business awards was easy. They were very prompt with replies, following us up in what was a very busy time - even rung us with recommendations. The trophies arrived very quickly and we were kept up to date with tracking alerts. I couldn't fault the experience. Absolutely 5 stars!

We are rapt with our trophies, the quality is great and the timeline from ordering to receiving was absolutely fantastic – I honestly thought it would take longer than 10 days from when we ordered to receive here in Darwin so thank you for such excellent service – we will definitely use you again in the future.

The service you provided was second to none. We were very pleased with the finished product, it came very quickly which is a bonus in these times and you still had our logo from last time and placed it on the recent one, thankyou as I had forgotten to do this. Very personalised service and will definitely use you again and let others know of the excellent service you provide.

I wish I could give MORE than 5 Stars to "Awards and Trophies". I would give 100 stars! The QUALITY and SERVICE is beyond reproach and GREAT VALUE and extensive range, and free engraving with attention to detail. I have ordered many trophies over the years for my PokerDads, these are the best by a mile.

Thank you for the excellent, prompt customer service, detailed artwork and clear quotation on our request for 600 swimming medals for an event which we are running in December. From three different companies which we approached to do the job, your quote and communication was a clear winner! The quality of the medals and lanyard is exceptional as was the application of quality control during packaging and security of our final shipment through to South Australia. THANK YOU - I can't wait to see the swimmers joy and pride when they receive them for their swimming achievements. I will definitely be ordering again. Our committee are THRILLED with the end product. None of the other companies I approached to provide a quotation came close (it's our club protocol to ask for three quotations). One supplier seriously took 6 weeks to get back to me - I had your quote the same day! Our swimmers have had a sneak peak and they are so excited for the event in December. Thanks again - I will be recommending your company to everyone I know in the Swimming SA community who are looking to source awards and trophies for their summer meets.

My parcel arrived today and I am ecstatic!! I ordered 3 medals and they came out perfectly, faster than I anticipated, and in excellent condition. Even though it was only 3, I'd like to thank you for the beautiful work that was involved. They are just for fun for a training run some of my friends and I are doing in the lead up to a 100 miler race in September, but because so many of our races got cancelled due to covid we haven't been able to collect any trophies. So after a day of researching all the places in WA that made them I couldn't find any that were what I wanted or that would deliver before our run this Saturday. Then I found you!!! I will absolutely be using your company again and telling all my friends about it too.

Honestly probably the best online shopping experience I have ever had. The attention to detail in the customer experience was incredible, from the way I got regular emails to tell me when my design was moving through the production process, the way the medals arrived 2 days earlier than expected (even in the middle of a pandemic) and even the small bag of sweets included in the package. Thank you for the great service!

I received my order of trophies today and am very pleased with the product and the entire ordering process. You and the team have done a wonderful job in producing our awards, engraving them and keeping me updated along each step of the process. A huge congratulations and thanks from the Indians Baseball Club and I can assure you I’ll be back the next time I need to order more trophies

I just wanted to say a big thank you for the flawless service yet again in getting our trophies to us so quickly and effortlessly!  Your processes work so well, and nothing is ever a hassle.  You constantly keep your customer informed and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend your services. You are honestly one of the best suppliers I have ever dealt with.  Take a bow...

My order arrived this afternoon and I just want to let you know how impressed I am. It's not just the trophies themselves (which are excellent), it's been the entire process starting with your user-friendly website, an amazing range of products, plus ease of ordering - but the thing that stands out most to me is the your focus on customer service. I'm 61 years old and can remember when friendly customer service wasn't just a catch-phrase... I think your communication is spot on and I felt "in-the-loop" at all stages from design through to dispatch. Thank you for providing such a welcome customer experience

Awards & Trophies are an outstanding organisation who help us every year to bring our annual awards evening to fruition. I cannot fault the quality of service I receive especially from the sales team. We can rely on Awards & Trophies to produce our (often last minute) orders with total professionalism. Thank you to all who help us year in, year out!

Outstanding trophies and even better customer service. The communication from Awards & Trophies throughout the whole process is better than any other online store I have experienced. They have a casual way of communicating and even throw in some extras in the final delivery. Can't recommend them enough.

I ordered several trophies online for a major event. I've purchased trophies from other shops before but Awards & Trophies have been the best by a country mile. They were very quick to respond to my inquiries, they were very quick to produce the trophies and deliver - I was actually quite surprised. The quality of the trophies and the engraving were superb, and for quite a good price too. And they were extremely friendly. If you have design experience and know how to design for a trophy, I recommend Awards & Trophies as they actually know what they are doing and can speak the same design language (I've not had the same experience with other trophy shops). Very highly recommended.

We have recently used the services of Awards and Trophies Milton. From our initial contact with Jeremy, the process of choosing and organising our awards has been an easy process. The service provided and the finished product has been exceptional. Thank you.

This was my second time ordering trophies online from Awards and Trophies and I found the staff very helpful when I contacted them to confirm a few things. I arranged for the trophies to have labels on them and it was very easy. The trophies arrived and the engraving looked great and it was easy, quick and within my budget. I will definitely be using this company in the future

Fantastic service from Awards and Trophies for a recent financier conference and gala we hosted on Hamilton Island. A delightful online experience, swift response times and proofing, quick delivery and high quality crystal trophies that our award recipients were delighted with. 5 stars from our OzParty event planners!

Thank you so much for the brilliant service and wonderful trophies. The website was so easy to use and the delivery came sooner than expected. The trophies were exactly what I wanted and were loved by the recipients. I will definitely be recommending you to our club

I just wanted to say how good the quality of the medal is that I ordered, and how fast it was delivered - will definitely be using your service again in the future, and recommending you to friends also. Thanks again!

Just a quick note to say thanks and to comment on your slick operation. From start to finish it was slick, smooth and transparent. It’s a pleasure to deal with companies like you guys.

Just a brief note to congratulate and thank you for the exceptional service and product provided to us by your company. As a first time client, we were absolutely amazed at the professionalism of all team members from moment we clicked on by phone to the opening of the product parcel this morning early after delivery.
