Testimonials

Awards and Trophies online WOW me every year. Their service, efficiency, products, quality and prices are amazing. I cannot speak highly enough about them. Last year one of our perpetual shields arrived damaged and they sent a replacement (in super quick time) no questions asked. Thanks again!

I have just received and been able to look at the trophy your company designed and produced for me. The product is of an exceptional quality and I could not be happier with it. I particularly appreciate the care you took in wrapping the package and I look forward to buying from your store again.

On behalf of Tamworth Junior Cricket Association I would like to thank you for the outstanding trophies & medallions that you provided for the Under 14's carnival held in Tamworth recently. The quality of your product is 1st class, and the recipients really enjoyed receiving such a high quality item. Keep up the great work, and there’s no doubt I’ll be using your company again, should I have to coordinate another sporting event. Many thanks once again.

My first time ordering trophies etc on line, I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was and how efficient and definitive your processes are. You responded to my emails regularly, in such a timely manner (really tight timelines this end) and that I could see what the finished product would look like was real quality control and surity, an absolute bonus for me. The finished product is of good quality and was very well received by our community, the turn around time was excellent. The package arrived the day it was promised……In a town like Cairns where every school is doing it’s P Night around the same time, there are always bottlenecks, efficiently ordering online overcame this possibility.

Thanks for sending the soccer trophies to our school to celebrate our girls' soccer team's unexpected triumphs this year. The range of trophies that were on offer through your website meant that we were able to select something very specific, so that this group of students (none of whom play soccer in their own time) would have a lasting memento of their great experiences this year. They were thrilled to receive them at assembly and no doubt they've found a special spot to display them at home. I'll make sure I let people know about your business if anyone is looking for this type of product in future.

I just want to let you guys know how happy I am with the Trophies that arrived here today. Apart from the fact that it took less than 2 weeks to go from concept to the arrival of the items in the post I am stunned as this is near on impossible to do, especially getting it to Christmas Island which is near 3000 km off the Australian coastline, so I congratulate you on that achievement. Finally the finished product has been done exactly as I wanted, which on it's own is extremely satisfying. So to reiterate, thank you and your team for an extremely enjoyable experience and I will definitely be using your services again in the future.

We were very impressed by the complete service offered by Awards and Trophies. We needed trophies for our end of season awards night and your website made it really easy to choose what we needed. The trophies were really good value and the quality of the trophies themselves (and the engraving) was excellent. We had a few queries throughout the process and we had really speedy, personal responses each time. As we’re down in Launceston, Tasmania we were a bit worried about getting them shipped down here but they got here very quickly and in perfect condition. Would highly recommend your services and we’ll definitely use you again.

I just wanted to express my thanks to you guys for the high quality of service we received from you recently for our end of year awards order. Whilst the ordering process was done online, the system was easy to use and the quality of awards and efficiency of service was impeccable - and we experienced the same last year which is why we chose to use you again. Additionally, it was extremely refreshing to get a call to ask if we had missed something (in this case, the year) on a number of our awards which showed that someone had taken the time to notice that this was potentially missing and let us know, which was a consideration that would not be demonstrated by many other places and we greatly appreciated it. We would not hesitate in using your services again - thank you so much for making our lives just that little bit easier!

Awards and Trophies make life for a busy volunteer so much easier. Their website and ordering systems are easy to understand, range is huge and they constantly keep in contact with you to get your order how you need it, when you need it.

I am writing to commend you on such a professional service. Not only is the product of high quality and the engraving perfect, your efficient service leaves me speechless. We live rather remote up here and often mail takes forever. Next day express post takes up to 5 days to arrive from Perth and so on. I have ordered products from SA which have taken 5 weeks from the payment date to arrive in Kununurra. Your service is outstanding! We are all very impressed and thrilled with your product and service once again, THANK YOU. And yes, we will be spreading the word across the Kimberley.

Although I only ordered a couple of trophies, the whole experience was easy, hassle free and professional. I would definitely return as a customer and would highly recommend Awards and Trophies to my colleagues.

I would like to thank Awards and Trophies for providing such excellent customer service and delivering the perfect trophies for our celebration. The feedback from our project team was very complimentary of the design and quality of the trophies and they all have their trophies on display in their offices.

I recently purchased a trophy through your website for a business presentation. I placed the order through your website on Tuesday morning, hoping to get it for my presentation on Friday - I know you advised 5 days for production (+ delivery), and I had left it a bit late, but I was still hoping... I was ecstatic when the trophy arrived on my desk on Wednesday! Please thank all of the team at Awards and Trophies for me. By the way, my presentation went really well.

Thank you! The plaques looked lovely from the items themselves to the packaging they arrived in. I would like to thank Jeremy Stevens in particular as he was my point of contact and very useful throughout the process. He was a pleasure to work with and an asset to your company.

I was very impressed with the services provided by Awards and Trophies. Unable to find the time to visit a shop, I trawled the internet looking for reasonably priced, but good quality trophies to replicate a perpetual trophy - for the recipient to keep when the perpetual was given back. Obviously it didn't need to be the same quality as the original, but good quality nonetheless. Every website I looked at had either high end trophies (quite often without prices) or rubbishy plastic trophies, neither of which was what I was looking for. Awards and Trophies was the only online supplier of quality trophies in a variety of price brackets and your online product imaging is superb. I received an exceptionally high quality product for a very reasonable price in excellent turnaround time. Both recipients were very impressed with the quality of their trophies, as was I. If I ever need such a service in the future, Awards and Trophies will definitely be the website I visit first. Many thanks

Trophies arrived on time and were exactly what we ordered and they looked fantastic, very easy and efficient service. I would recommend to anyone!

Thank you so much for your assistance – tight timeframe involved, and you came through easily. We loved the trophy when it arrived, and the engraving was just as asked. It proudly sits in the winner’s office!

I was totally happy with the entire process. Loved the website and gained confidence to purchase. Purchasing process super simple. Olga was great with the communications both telephone and email. Packaging and protection of trophies was more than expected. Delivery was quick. Engraving perfect - not one mistake on 18 trophies. GIRLS LOVED THEM!!!! And you made me look good in front of the Coach. I would be super happy to recommend Awards and Trophies to everyone

We were more than satisfied with the quality of the awards and the promptness on delivering the order, especially when we left you minimal time for completion. Thank you!

Overall, I had a very positive experience with Awards and Trophies. Before my order, I wanted some extra clarification about payment and invoices. I called up the number and the staff were happy to help and answered all my questions. I proceeded to make my order and was impressed with how quickly I received my trophies and medals. They came securely wrapped, so I didn't need to worry about any breakages. The recipients loved them and the quality and prices were great. Ordering online was super easy - and I loved that there were step by step instructions for just about everything. I don't really have any negative criticism! It was my first purchase with the site, and the next time I require trophies or awards, Awards and Trophies will be my first destination

Thank you very much for your fantastic job! The award winners were over the moon, and the evening was a huge success. We really appreciated your assistance with all our art work, the proofing and the general handling of the order. We will definitely keep your details on file and pass on to the next organising team so that we can make use of your services again next event

I have only positive feedback to offer. My order (albeit a small one) was turned around very quickly and was of excellent quality. The price was also very competitive. I would happily recommend you.

Your service and quality of product was A1! I'm certainly a return customer!

Thank you very much for your fast delivery of our Pony Club trophies. Everything was perfectly presented and we were very happy with the quality of the trophies and engraving. I will definitely use your company again and tell others about your website. Thanks also for the follow up email

Very happy with our order! The trophies look great! Packaged very well and the order was here in no time! Very impressed, we will definitely order through your business again

I have ordered three lots of trophies from you guys in the last month, two for the Mackay Off Road Racing Club and one lot for Autocorner. I just wanted to let you know how impressed everyone is with the trophies. At our off road racing event everyone was very impressed with the motorsport trophies and especially the quality of the engraving. We also ordered key rings to give to our helpers, who loved them (should have ordered twice as many so the club members could have one too!). For our Autocorner Apprentice Awards Night I ordered the black glass trophies. My boss’s are very impressed with the quality of the awards for the price, they look spot on and the logos are fantastic, very professional. Overall I just wanted to thank you all for your professional service, fast delivery and excellent products. I will definitley be ordering from you again next year. All the staff I have dealt with in these transactions have been friendly and always very helpful. Thanks again!

This is the second year we’ve used Awards and Trophies to prepare our professional awards and again we’ve been delighted with the speed of response, the clear communication with your staff, the very high standard of work and also the excellent value Awards & Trophies offers. We have already recommended you to other organisations and are looking forward to working with you again next year.

Just a quick note to say thanks very much for your help with the trophies for the Souths Graceville Rugby League Club annual presentation day this year. As usual, you made it a pretty painless task and the trophies were delivered early and quality was great. The boys loved them!!!

Great service, fast express delivery, fantastic product and very inexpensive, THANKYOU

The only feedback I have is positive: 1) the lady I dealt with could not have been more helpful 2) the trophies we ordered were exactly as pictured and described 3) it was cheaper to purchase and ship from Brisbane than we could have achieved locally here in Perth 4) all spelling and engraving was as sent and correct 5) the website was very easy to navigate and order process also simple 6) our junior netballers were delighted with their participation awards. Thanks for the follow up, I am certain you will get our return business. I will absolutely recommend Awards and Trophies at every possible chance.

Your service is always extremely professional and prompt and your products are fantastic. All of our award winners have been delighted with their trophies! Thank you.

The awards have arrived early and they look great; thanks so much!! Please pass on our thanks to everyone involved.

Thanks for the prompt & sensational service with our trophies. They look excellent and we will certainly order from you again.

Thanks so much for all your help with our recent order. I found the process incredibly efficient and it was smooth sailing from start to finish – and of course the end result is a fabulous plaque which we’re very happy with. Thank you very much. We will definitely be using you guys again.

...I must say that your customer service was outstanding, and a welcome change to some services we experience in our everyday lives. Your business was able to do a very short turn-around for us as we provided very little notice of a tight deadline. The communication between us to clarify designs and provide advice on the best designs for the awards was fantastic. Very much appreciate your help, and I will certainly recommend your services to others, as well as utilise your services in the future.

We have been delighted with the work that Awards and Trophies has done for us; the service is prompt and your staff have been a delight to deal with. Keep up the good work!

Product we ordered was far better than we anticipated, particularly as we only purchased a modestly priced trophy. The size and quality far exceeded what one would expect from the price point. Would definitely come back and recommend to anyone in Perth looking for very good value for money.

Thanks so much to your team in regards to the trophies I ordered - the trophies look great and I really appreciate the free engraving (especially since I gave one of the lads an incorrect surname and had to cost a new plaque locally!!). Job well done; I'll definitely contact you guys next year.

Awards & Trophies will be the only business I will go to in the future. The Website was superb for advertising your product and ordering was easy. The service and timely delivery was second to none. Being based in Broome I had to trawl through the web and I can tell you that this is a cumbersome experience. Once at your website there was night and day between Awards & Trophies and your competitors for products and services.

I just wanted to thank you and your team. My order was delivered to my office this morning, only 8 working days since I placed the original order (to Darwin!). This is fantastic service, at a reasonable price and the awards look amazing. We will certainly be using your company again in the future and I will pass on your details to others. Thank you again.

Thank you for your service. I appreciated how easy it was to navigate your website and the prompt delivery. The trophies were great and engraving spot on. I will definitely recommend you to others.

We have received our award and we are so pleased with how it looks and the level of service we received. Not to mention it was so quick! Thanks so much

Just a short note to say thanks for the Honour Boards. They look fantastic and they have added a nice formal touch to the entry way into the Boardroom.

The swimmers all just loved the trophies! We even had great feedback from swimmers from other clubs who were recipients of some of the trophies. The order was shipped in good time and as ordered. The logo engraving came out great and our sponsor was pleased. I am currently in the process of placing another order - this time just for our club, for our end of season awards.

I really like the fact that your company has such a good turnaround and very helpful employees.

Thank you for the work completed recently by Awards and Trophies for Kew Girl Guides. We have been most impressed with the speed and quality of the work, and the girls are thrilled with the awards boards, which will be on display in our hall for many years to come!

Just want to let you know I received the order today. Thank you very much for quick supply and a credit to your organisation for a very smooth and professional service. I will highly recommend you to all sporting bodies and you can count on our business again and again in the future.

Thankyou, thankyou, thankyou!!!!! Your company rocks, and I will sure to be passing on your business to anyone that I know who will have the need for trophies or corporate awards. Your promptness, attention to detail and communications with staff have been brilliant. Once again thankyou!

Just a note to let you know that the art glass trophies were delivered this morning. They are truly exquisite! One of them is for an artist from the UK and we are sure he will really appreciate the beauty and originality of the design

I just wanted to let you know I received the trophies today and am absolutely thrilled at how quickly it has arrived!!! I wasn’t expecting to get them until Thursday so the fact that they have come today have made my life much easier – thank you very much!! I am so impressed by your service, and how responsive you are with calls and emails. I will definitely be coming to you again!
